The maintenance is very poor. Plumbing always leaks and I've had to spend so much on repairs for wiring. The old manager was good, but since he left, there's been no one to manage.

The most horrible place. Apartment does not care about any damages that were caused by the last people who lived there. Never came to make any repairs, never fixed my toilet, never repaired the carpets, outside of the apartments would never get cleaned. Trash everywhere. Lights all burned out in the halls. All around just bad.
